Are you looking for a quick and simple dish that’s filling and tasty to bring to get-togethers, church gatherings, etc.? Then you’ve come to the right blog. My mother-in-law always brings the tastiest dishes to our family get-togethers, and this easy pasta salad is one of her favorites. Y’all, I could eat this stuff as a dinner meal. It’s delicious and it only takes about 15 minutes to make!!

The ingredient list is simple and versatile. Want to add something else, just throw it in! It’s best to make this dish the night before. The salad will “settle” and mix together well.

Ingredients

1 box of tri-colored pasta
Pepperoni (the smaller rounds work better than larger)
Cubed Cheese (I used cheddar)
Italian Dressing (use only half the bottle at first)
Crumbled Feta Cheese
Pepperoncini Peppers
Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Green Olives

Some other ingredients some like to use are: Onions, Bell Peppers, Black Olives, Broccoli.

Directions

-Make pasta according to package. After cooking, drain in a strainer and pour cold water to cool down pasta.

-Put pasta in bowl and mix other ingredients in with it. Only use half the Italian dressing bottle. The dressing will settle and it’s best to pour the other half over the salad the next morning. It brings out more flavor.

That’s it!! Super simple dish that’s always a hit!!

I like to heat the pasta salad up in the microwave for 10 seconds before eating.

Another tip – when you’re boiling the water, put a wooden spoon across the top of the pot. It’ll keep the water from boiling over!
